About Hannah-Belle Hale

Welcome, I’m Hannah-Belle Hale!

Practicum Student
Supervised by Jennifer Bulpitt, MA, LPC

I believe healing begins with understanding ourselves.

I view emotional regulation as a cornerstone of healing and draw primarily from cognitive behavioral therapy to help you recognize unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and build greater confidence in navigating life’s challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized, with the goal of creating a space where you feel safe to be honest, understood, and genuinely supported.

I have a particular interest in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, family conflict, relational concerns, life transitions, spirituality, addiction, and suicidal ideation. I work with children ages 10 and up, and with adults. I have worked with children and adolescents in camp counseling and residential rehabilitation, and I have supported children and adults with ADHD, autism, and Down syndrome.
